Many times EMS is simply 'well-dressed spectators' and many times rapid intervention teams focus on locating and extricating the down firefighter with no focus on EMS care that may need to be administered to save a life. This class will review standard operating guidelines, equipment, PPE, and training changes to allow for fast and efficient patient care of an injured firefighter.'
