This highly motivational, highly interactive, fast-paced and challenging presentation is a traditional "workshop" for fire department and training personnel who design, develop, deliver, or oversee firefighter training. It blends accepted leadership principles with existing fire instructor skills and provides an exceptionally challenging instructor development training session. It provides ample opportunities for attendees to deliver selected portions of the program along with increasing their overall competency, efficiency, effectiveness, and ethics. Attendees apply their leadership/management skills along with interpersonal skills through a series of unique group exercises.
