Fire Tactics for Limited Staffing
Monday, April 24

The fireground is the great unknown. We never know what we truly have until we turn the corner and lay eyes on it. Then, we're forced to make split-second decisions based on the information in front of us to effect a positive outcome not only for us but for those who are or could be trapped. The fireground is about establishing priorities and executing positive movement toward a main goal of stabilizing the incident and securing, removing, and treating any injured civilians or firefighters. This program focuses on reinforcing operational confidence through reality based scenarios, challenging the participant to work through realistic obstacles while relying on basic skills to overcome them. The focus will be on overcoming these obstacles while gaining proper competence and efficiency.'
