This interactive and challenging workshop provides tools and proven resources to make your ability to teach and lead a training program easier. This course has been at FDIC for 24 years and has helped participants improve their decision-making abilities and learn new skills whether they are new or veteran instructors. Focusing on company level and small group training methods, you will learn how to identify training and skill gaps and what to do about them. Working in small groups, you will use a scenario-based set of exercises based on real-life experiences to look at your current skills and find ways to build a better training program.
