As a rollover attendee from FDIC International in April 2020, you will have the first opportunity to book your hotel for the event happening on August 2-7, 2021 in Indianapolis, IN.
On April 19th at 12:00 PM ET, you will receive a survey from Connections Housing. This survey will ask you to confirm if you would like your reservation automatically booked using the dates/hotel/payment type you previously had for the April 2021 FDIC International. This survey link will be valid until April 22nd 12:00 AM ET.
If you want to book different dates, hotels, etc. then you will have to wait until we begin phase 2 of the housing process on April 26th at 12:00 PM and end on May 6th at 12:00 PM. During this time, you will receive an email from FDIC International with a unique Booking code to be used on Connections Housing website. If you have not received a booking code by May 8th and feel like you should have, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org. This code is good for 72 hours only at which time the code will become invalid. This includes calling into the Connections Housing call center. PLEASE NOTE: This code is only good for your individual registration and cannot be shared with others. Any reservation found under this code without a valid registration package will be cancelled without notice.
Downtown rooms will be limited. Please book what is available and add your desired hotel choices in the request field. Connections Housing will make their best effort to move your reservation into the Downtown hotel of your choice as soon is it becomes available.
