Dr. Springer has served as Director of the Wright State University Division of Tactical Emergency Medicine since 2009. He is a subject matter expert and instructor for the Ohio Peace Officer Training Academy. He is a member of the Region III RPAB; attending physician at the Kettering Medical Center Emergency Department; Tactical Medicine Director for the Ohio Tactical Officers Association; medical director for the Kettering Fire Department; patrol officer with the Kettering Health Police Department; and a Federal Task Force Officer.
