Dr. Augustine serves as Chief Medical Officer for North Collier Fire Rescue, and Greater Naples Fire Rescue, both in Florida. Jim began his career as firefighter in 1982, then as the first Chair of the Ohio EMS Board. He became Medical Director for Atlanta Fire Rescue in 2001. He then served as Assistant Fire Chief and Medical Director for the District of Columbia Fire EMS Department.
