58 year old, married with two sons and two grandchildren. 40 years' experience as a provider and 30 as an educator. I have taught EMS providers at all levels and have served as both a line and command officer in both Fire and EMS agencies. Responsible for developing and writing SOG's for both RIT teams and technical rescue teams, I have always focused on patient care in unique situations. Published author in JEMS magazine, 2005 Gold Medal Winner in the JEMS games. I have continued as a staff member for the games and am currently a lead judge.
