Lawrence Doelling retired as a Captain with Palm Beach County (FL) Fire Rescue after 28 years of service, with 3 years in the Training Division in charge of Officer Development. He has a Master's in Social Work (Barry University) and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (Southern Illinois University). Member of the Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) Team for 7 years. He served in both the U.S. Army and the U.S. Air Force as a Non-Commissioned Officer.
