Capt. Angulo retired from the Seattle (WA) Fire Department with over 38-years of service. He is the author of the textbook, Engine Company Fireground Operations 4th Edition published by Jones and Bartlet Learning and NFPA. He is a contributing author for Fire Engineering, Fire Engineeing.com, and Fire Apparatus and Emergency Equipment magazines, and serves on the Editorial Advisory Board for Fire Apparatus and Emergency Equipment magazine. He has been teaching at FDIC since 1996 on a variety of subjects for the company officer, including strategy and tactics, and FF accountability systems.
