Robert "Butch" Cobb Deputy Chief, Jersey City (NJ) Fire Dept. (Ret) Former ISO National Director, Community Hazard Mitigation Chief Cobb retired after 35 years with the Jersey City FD; he was a firefighter and company officer and also held the positions of Chief of Training, Chief of Operations and Citywide Tour Commander. He is past chief of the Dumont, NJ & West Milford, NJ, volunteer fire departments. After retiring, Cobb accepted a position with ISO, directing ISO's public fire protection information gathering and analysis process.
