Ryan has 25 years of experience with the 3M Scott SCBA business in different roles served over that tenure, each of them supporting fire departments of various sizes and disciplines ranging from volunteer to career to combination. Having previously served as a volunteer firefighter, he understands the dynamic needs of the evolving fire service and is passionate about educating the community on industry trends and standards.
