TOM TULIPANO is a 33-year veteran of the fire service. He is a retired firefighter/paramedic with a Chicago Suburban Fire Department. He has also been a carpenter for over 37 years and a Carpentry General Contractor through out the Chicago Metropolitan area for the past 15 years.
