Troy Lachinski has a wealth of experience in both product management and emergency services. With more than 28 years in software product management, particularly at ImageTrend, Troy has a deep understanding of the needs of EMS and fire departments, both from a technical and operational perspective. He has also served as a paid-on-call member of the East Bethel, MN Fire Department, since 2005.  

As a Sales Engineer at ImageTrend, Troy leverages his deep understanding of customer needs and product value to deliver solution-focused software. With a strong customer-centric approach, he works to eliminate pain points and ensure each solution directly enhances the user experience. Troy continues to play a key role in bridging the gap between software development and customer outcomes, driving the creation of a seamless, end-to-end platform.
