Company Level Drills: How to Leave Them Wanting More

Tuesday, April 21
This program is designed for company officers and leaders in the firehouse to assist them in learning how to hold an effective drill on the company level. The idea is to make relationships with members and required skill part of our daily lives in the firehouse. Drilling in the firehouse is the way that we can train our members and improve their skills. These drills depend on the members, the leaders, and the priorities set in that firehouse. This class will review ways to make a drill or training more fun and therefore more valuable to the organization.
