No-Excuse Aerial Operations
This class discusses the mindset, attitude, attributes, and decision making necessary for effective aerial operations at the highest level. It highlights the "rig culture" and the necessary skill sets that are often not formally taught and therefore not performed due to a combination of a lack of knowledge, familiarity, or confidence. It is intended to open the eyes of the participants to what can be achieved when properly educated and prepared coupled with the right mindset to perform at the highest level on the fireground to achieve results instead of making excuses.
