The U.S. Supreme Court has changed a number of its harassment standards and continues to expand workplace religion accommodation standards. The EEOC is reviewing Pregnant Workers Fairness Act and Title VII harassment rules, with major changes expected. Availability of ADA benefits for retired firefighters is on the table. And free speech remains a significant hot-button issue. So how's a fire service leader to keep up?
