Five-Alarm Leadership: Real Leadership with Real People
This program describes and explains the value and importance of effective leadership skills in the fire service. Many of today�s problems in the firehouse and on the fireground can be traced back to insufficient and ineffective leadership skills. The instructors talk about their experiences in various ranks and how they handled different situations. Issues such as integrity, intensity, innovation, and interest are among those discussed.
