This class is geared toward professionals who wish to expand their abilities in leadership through communication and mutual expectations. It is aimed at anyone who wishes to lead at any level of the organization. Rooted in team concepts, it has been in play for more than 60 years in pro football and, more recently, the fire service worldwide.
