This class, a panel discussion with Tom Merrill, John Salka, Jason Caughey, and Candice McDonald, discusses the ability to recruit and retain motivated people who will willingly make personal life sacrifices to respond to emergencies at a moment's notice. The panelists each have unique experiences locally, regionally, and nationally and have a perspective on what it takes to be successful at retaining an adequate number of staff.
