Managing the Mass-Casualty Incident

By their nature, mass-casualty incidents overwhelm the resources of a jurisdiction, requiring the use of policies, procedures, and resources that aren't normally used. This class will offer an opportunity to discuss planning considerations for mass-casualty management, including preplanning, resource management, and response to active threat incidents.
