It will address drafting operations in urban and suburban areas when the public water supply is compromised with a special emphasis on setup, operating, and water delivery in urban and suburban applications. Emphasis will be on depth of cover, how to identify good vs. marginal drafting locations, and using alternative water supplies for drafting purposes.
