It breaks down behaviors and tactics to make you a more effective chief, officer, or firefighter who is leading from the front. It addresses the gap between leadership and tactical excellence, giving you the tool and tactics to be successful. We cover size-up, command, dealing with the press, and how to win a debate and increase your influence. We present a practical approach to leadership: ways to avoid the pitfalls of command and the operational realities we face.
