The 7 C�s of Fire Officer Trust
The 7 C�s are Commitment, Competence, Confidence, Communication, Courtesy, Consistency, and Courage. Through the use of dialogue and group activities, we will share the traits that are commonly associated with good officers and successful leaders. Participants will exchange ideas and insight for past, current, and future fire and emergency services culture. Additionally, with interactive activities and teaching tools, the attendees will identify and reinforce the core learning objectives based on NFPA 1021, Standard for Professional Fire Officers.
