Advanced Vehicle Extrication

Tuesday, April 16
HOT 4 Hour
Extrication

Instructors present challenging, difficult extrication scenarios requiring advanced skills to stabilize the vehicles, gain entry, and remove and treat patients entrapped and entangled in the wreckage. There will be plenty of "tool time" for all students with a variety of extrication tools. This advanced extrication class will include scenarios with multiple types of vehicles from sedans to SUVs and vans. Students will rotate among four tactical extrication scenarios and receive insights, the latest techniques, personal coaching, and the opportunity to practice the skills.
