Senior leaders from Air Force Reserve Fire Flights across the nation will gather to conduct required annual management training. The training includes strategic planning, deployment cycles, recruitment and retention, diversity and inclusion, and self-assessment programs. The event is available for Air Force Reserve Command personnel only, as elements of the training are classified or secure in nature.
