This class will provide the student with a very thorough understanding of the most commonly found types of apartment buildings and townhouses in the United States. Students will learn different types by name and how to instantly recognize one from another. The class will cover buildings that have been single family homes converted to multi-family, downtown taxpayers with apartments, duplexes, and triplexes--most any common type of apartment that can be found in low-rise and mid-rise versions as well as townhouses. Take virtual "tours" of many of the buildings as well as floorplans, blueprints, and drawings/schematics and extensive photos. The primary focus is to learn the common types of buildings and quickly identify them by features to apply tactics.
