The term "Aggressive" is a common fire service term however rarely defined. Is aggressive only achievable by those companies who are making rescues or going to fires each tour? The reality is this is not norm nor does it truly make an aggressive company. Aggressive is a mindset, a culture and can be achieved by every company, regardless of fire volume. This class will challenge the norm, provide the tools to build a strong company culture, create an environment for individual and company growth and provide the tools to be effective and efficient on emergency scenes. Students will leave with a game plan and action items that will improve their company and truly create the "Aggressive Company" we all desire to be!
