Access to the building much be accomplished quickly at a structure fire. Learn basic and advanced forcible entry techniques with a focus on hands-on time and repititions with forcing inward- and outward-swinging doors. Students will rotate through numerous teaching stations including saw operations on roll-down gates and garage doors, forcing real metal doors with slide bolts and drop bars engaged, and pulling and manipulating commercial through-the-lock doors with varying degrees of difficulty.

PPE Required: Lightweight rescue gear or jumpsuit, helmet, gloves, safety toe boots, eye protection, or structural fire gear.
