This includes the causes of thermal runaway from lithium-ion battery fires and the fire behavior and potential risks associated with these fires to include electric vehicles on the road and inside the garage, interior structure fires with e-bikes and scooters, and other lithium products. They will gain a better understanding of the proper steps to take when dealing with these fires to prevent injuries or additional extension. They will also learn the concerns with after-fire investigation and potential changes to policies within their organization.
