The instructor will share past experiences with high-rise operations that had devasting consequences and the solutions that realize feat vs. failure.  The disciplines of action and attitude to apply as individuals, officers, and commanders will be emphasized.  Smoke management and control will be explained in simple terms and new concepts and philosophies to manage high-rise operations will be introduced.
