STAGING: H.O.T. Evolutions

8-Hour sessions:

All participants taking 8-hour H.O.T. Evolutions on Monday and Tuesday should assemble no later than 6:30 AM in the Wabash East Lobby — except for "RIT Under Fire," which must stage at 5:45 AM for prompt bus departure at 6:00 AM.

4-Hour AM sessions:

All participants taking 4-hour H.O.T Evolutions on Monday though Friday morning should assemble no later than 6:30 AM in the Wabash West Lobby of the Indiana Convention Center.

4-Hour PM sessions:

All participants taking 4-hour H.O.T. Evolutions on Monday through Friday afternoon  should assemble no later than 12:15 PM in the Wabash West Lobby of the Indiana Convention Center.

STAGING: H.O.T. Workshops

  • All participants taking morning H.O.T. Workshops Monday through Friday should assemble no later than 7:15 AM.
  • All participants taking afternoon H.O.T. Workshops Monday through Friday should assemble no later than 12:30 PM.

Please note that Staging for the NFSA sessions takes place off-site

  • All participants taking NFSA morning sessions on Monday and Tuesday should assemble no later than 7:30 AM on Maryland St. at the Marriott Skywalk.
  • All participants taking NFSA afternoon sessions on Monday and Tuesday should assemble no later than 12:30 PM on Maryland St. at the Marriott Skywalk.
