This class is for fire officers of all ranks looking to clear the noise and get to the root of the issues to excel in thier roles, and combines operational strategies, leadership insights, and real-world case studies presented in the mentoring format to address the unique challenges and situations of fire officer leadership.  The material goes beyond protocols, focusing on human dynamics, decision-making, problem solving, fostering accountability, and offers actionable advice, relatable scenarios, and thought-provoking mentoring through teachable moments to prepare fire officers for both the fireground and the firehouse. Highlights include critical thinking skills to read people and environments, mentorship and succession development to coach future leaders while advancing your own career, fireground management and accountability through streamlined and simplified tactics, a LODD analysis and the impact, scope and aftermath, and leadership growth to understand emotional intelligence and personnel dynamics.
