Everything must be dialed in to attain the highest level of company effectiveness and fire ground impact. We will discuss how to reinforce those present, develop those lacking and how to avoid those which offer negative consequences for the Truck Chauffuer themself, the company as a whole as well as the negative fire ground impacts they bring.
