The Culture Forge (37TA)

This workshop is an immersive experience, distinct from traditional fire service training, designed to guide attendees through the development of organizational values. Participants engage in trust-building competitions and collaborative team exercises, such as the "Spaghetti Challenge," which requires building the tallest possible structure using spaghetti, tape, string, and a marshmallow. The curriculum emphasizes that while a department's "Mission" is a foundational requirement, "Vision" and "Values" are the true drivers of a lasting and powerful culture.
