Toxic leadership doesn't operate in a vacuum, it breeds toxic followers creating a culture of fear,dysfunction and long-term organizational damage.  This program examines the destructive dynamics between toxic leaders and the environments they cultivate, where poormorale, unethical behavior and blind loyality can thrive.  Through real-word case studies, leadership theory and practical tools participants will learn to identify toxic traits in leadership and followership, understand their root causes and implement strategies to disrupt and prevent the cycle.
