JEMS at FDIC is pleased to partner with Indianapolis EMS (IEMS) to offer ridealongs to attendees. Ridealongs are free for all registered FDIC attendees and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
All ridealong participants will be picked up and dropped off by IEMS at the Indiana Convention Center at their scheduled ridealong time.
All participants will need to sign the waiver, see button below, and personal information form listed on IndianapolisEMS.org. Note: In the dropdown menu for "Purpose in participating in Ride-Along program?" please select "JEMS/FDIC Conference."
Out of state participants will provide a criminal background report from their home state on the form or send it directly too Ra-Najah.Davis@indianapolisems.org before the due date. Indiana state residents background check will be completed upon form submission.
Deadline for all attendees will be March 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM.
OBSERVER RULES
1. Observers are limited to 1 ride-along every 6 months.
2. Observer Responsibilities:
Observer must have appropriate professional attire, which includes:
- White polo shirt (any solid-colored polo is OK if white is not available)
- Dark blue, black, or khaki pants (tech pants or cargo pants are preferred but not necessary; no jeans, skinny pants, or shorts allowed)
- Solid color shoes or boots only (preferably black, if possible)
- Clothing should be free of slogans or advertisements.
- Nursing/Med students/RN are OK to wear solid-colored scrubs with no logos.
