If any other hotel company contacts you claiming to be affiliated with FDIC, they aren’t. We highly caution you from engaging unauthorized companies because if/when issues arise, our management team does not have the ability to provide assistance in solving them.

Please read carefully:

In order to qualify for Attendee Early Access Housing on Monday, October 9, 2023, you must be registered for one the following packages: 

  • Training All-Inclusive
  • Hands-on Training (H.O.T.) & Exhibits Only 
  • Conference
  • One-Day Conference 

As soon as your registration is complete you will come to the confirmation page and also receive an email confirmation with a link to Connections Housing to book your hotel room.

When booking a room during the Early Access period, please note the following requirements:

  • MINIMUM of 3 nights for all downtown hotels

  • ONLY one room per person (multiple people may stay in one room, but a single registration gets access to book one room)

  • GROUP PLANS scroll below for further booking instructions

  • Hotel availability is first come, first serve; while registering early DOESN’T guarantee you a downtown hotel it does give you first access to these rooms

  • You must have your registration paid in full by Friday, October 20, 2023 or else you will risk LOSING your reserved hotel room. 

Attendee General Housing will go live on Monday, October 23, 2023 at 12:00 PM ET for anyone who chooses a different attendee package or registers at a later time.

Please note that downtown hotel rooms do run out quickly, so we strongly recommend if you don't get your first choice when booking, continue to book what's available, but in the comments section please note your ideal choice (e.g. downtown and price range). This will put you on the wait list and Connections Housing will do their best to accommodate your request.

 

Housing for Group Plans

If you purchase a Group Plan the housing process will vary depending on how many people you purchase a plan for.

Group Plans 3-9

The main contact can book housing for the number of members within their group allotment through the registration resource center. If you book over your allotment, we will cancel those rooms.

Group Plans 10+

Our housing partner, Connections Housing, will reach out to the main contact directly to get hotel reservations made for the number of members within the group allotment and try to place all group members in the same hotel.
