Benjamin Martin is an acting battalion chief with Henrico County (VA) Division of Fire. He provides leadership training workshops and keynotes internationally and throughout the United States, blending more than 20 years of public safety experience with his ongoing doctoral study of industrial psychology, leadership, and adult learning theories.
