Dan Degryse is a battalion chief (ret.) and a 30-year veteran of the Chicago (IL) Fire Department. He is the director of the Rosecrance Florian Program, a program he helped create that offers a tailored approach to treat first responders and military personnel facing substance use and mental health issues.
