David Polikoff is an assistant chief with the Frederick County (MD) Fire and Rescue Service. He retired from Montgomery County (MD) Fire and Rescue as a 34-year veteran battalion chief. He is co-host of the Fire Engineering radio show “Politics and Tactics.”
