Douglas Cline

Assistant Chief, Horry County Fire Rescue

Douglas Cline is a 44-year veteran and assistant chief with Horry County (SC) Fire Rescue. He hosts the Fire Engineering Video Blog show “Fire and Training.” Cline is also a published author of articles, videos, books, and blogs. In 1999, Cline was awarded the Fire Engineering/George D. Post Instructor of the Year Award. He is the executive director of the NFAAA.
