Dusty Lynn
Dusty Lynn, RN, MSc, TCRN, EMT-P, brings over 30 years of experience in neonatal and pediatric critical care, with a background that spans the NICU, Pediatric Trauma, Pediatric and Cardiac ICUs, and ECMO at leading institutions including East Carolina University, UNC–Chapel Hill, Children’s National Hospital, VCU, and UVA Health. While serving as the EMS Outreach Coordinator at Children’s National, she became a paramedic to better understand and support prehospital care providers. Now the Training and Education Director for the Thomas Jefferson EMS Council and Director of Pediatric Education for Edutainment Consulting and Seminars, Dusty continues to teach nationally, serve on state EMS committees, contribute to ENA publications, and share her passion for improving neonatal, pediatric, and geriatric resuscitation education. Her colleagues describe her as a dedicated mentor who inspires others to deliver exceptional care.
