ERIC HANKINS is a Battalion Chief with the Yuba City (CA) Fire Department and a 30-year veteran of the fire service. He has taught at various fire academies and training courses across the country and at FDIC International for the past ten years. He is a recipient of the FDIC Ray Downey Courage and Valor Foundation Award.
