Frank Leeb is the managing director of the First Responder Center for Excellence (FRCE). He previously served as a chief officer in the FDNY. Frank retired in June 2024, having served for more than 31 years. Frank is also a 40-year member of the East Farmingdale Fire Department and the author of “Cornerstones of Leadership - On And Off The fireground” and the co-author of “30 Fire You Must Know”.
