Frank Ricci is a battalion chief (ret.) with the New Haven (CT) Fire Department. He is the author of Command Presence and is on the advisory board of FDIC and Fire Engineering. He hosts a monthly radio show and hangout on politics & tactics that impact the fire service. He won a landmark Supreme Court case and has testified in front of Congress. He is a fellow at one of the nation’s oldest think tanks.
