Gary Menard is a captain with Decatur (GA) Fire Rescue. He has been in the fire service for 19 years. Menard has presented at events including Fire Rescue International, Georgia Association of Women in Public Service, and the NFPA conference and has written articles for fire service journals. He received the Thomas O. Davis Public Service Award.
