GREG NOLL is senior planning specialist with the South Central (PA) Regional Task Force. He is a principal with GGN Technical Resources, LLC, specializing in emergency response and incident management issues, and co-author of nine textbooks on hazmat emergency response. A recipient of the 2019 National Fire Heritage Center-Hall of Legends, Legacies & Leaders and the IAFC Eversole Lifetime Achievement Award, he is a member of the NFPA committee on hazmat emergency response, and the Fire Engineering editorial advisory board and the FDIC International advisory board.
