James Jester is a volunteer deputy chief who has served the Ocean City (MD) Fire Department since 1990 and a retired career assistant chief with the Salisbury (MD) Fire Department, where served from 2001-2014. He is a regional coordinator and an instructor for the Maryland Fire & Rescue Institute.
