Capt. Litwinko is a 18-year veteran with the Fort Wayne (IN) Fire Department. As a Fire/Arson Investigator he is also a certified (IN) Law Enforcement Officer. He serves as a Tactical Medic with Fort Wayne (IN) Police Departments Emergency Services Team. In 2013 he oversaw the design and implementation of the FWFD and FWPD Rescue Task Force program in response to High-Threat Incidents.
